How it works

A wash program, not a wash appointment

Most of our customers never call us. Their yard is on a weekly, biweekly or monthly route, the crew shows up on the same day each cycle, washes every unit on the list, and the invoice arrives on Friday. Nothing to schedule, nothing to chase.

  1. Tell us what you run. Unit types, how many, where they park, when they are in the yard. Two minutes on the form or a phone call.
  2. We walk the yard and quote it. A per-unit price for each unit type, by frequency. Add-ons like undercarriage, aluminum brightening and washouts are priced per unit too.
  3. Your yard goes on a route. Same day each cycle, days or nights, around your dispatch. Access notes and skip rules live on the yard's sheet so every crew knows them.
  4. Every wash is logged and inspected. The crew log each unit from the stop. Leads inspect and score washes, and misses are fixed before they become complaints.

Why fleets switch to us

What you are actually buying

We bring the water

Every wash truck carries its own supply and heats it on board. No hydrant, no hose bib, no favors from your facilities manager. Yards with no water at all are fine.

Two-step, brushless

An acidic pre-soak lifts road film and brine, an alkaline soap neutralises it, high-pressure hot water rinses. No brushes dragging grit across paint and decals.

A route, not a reminder

Weekly, biweekly or monthly. Nights and weekends when your trucks are in. The same crew learns your yard, your gates and your rules.

Logged and inspected

Each unit is logged from the stop with the time it was washed. Crew leads inspect and score washes. You can ask what was washed on any night and get an answer.

Insured, aluminum-safe

Fully insured. Aluminum-safe chemistry where you ask for it, water reclaim where the site requires it, and no chemicals inside your buildings.

Per-unit pricing

You pay per unit washed, by unit type and frequency. One weekly invoice. No minimums that charge you for trucks that were out on the road.

Service area

Based in Esko. On the road from Two Harbors to Bemidji.

Our three wash trucks run from the Twin Ports up the North Shore, across the Iron Range to Grand Rapids and Bemidji, down I-35 to Cambridge, and into Northwest Wisconsin. If your yard is within about two hours of Duluth, we can probably put it on a route.

Questions

Things fleet managers ask us first

What does mobile fleet washing cost?

It is priced per unit, by unit type and how often we come. Most units on a regular route fall between $40 and $75 per wash; a trailer is at the lower end, a tractor or straight truck in the middle, and a one-off wash of something that has not been cleaned in a year is more. Add-ons like undercarriage and aluminum brightening are per unit on top. We quote after a look at the yard, usually the same day. More on cost.

Do I need water or power at the yard?

No. Each of our wash trucks carries its own water and heats it on board, and the pressure washers run on their own engines. A gravel lot with nothing in it but trucks is fine, and so is a frozen spigot in January.

How often should a fleet be washed?

Weekly through the salt season, every two weeks the rest of the year, for anything that runs the highways daily. Refuse trucks go weekly year-round. Yard equipment is monthly or quarterly. We recommend a cycle with the quote and you can change it any time. The reasoning.

Where do you wash?

From our base in Esko, our routes cover Duluth, Superior, Hermantown, Cloquet and Carlton County, Two Harbors and the North Shore, Hibbing, Virginia and the Iron Range, Grand Rapids, Aitkin, Bemidji, Cambridge and the I-35 corridor, and Ashland, Wisconsin. Roughly two hours from Duluth in any direction. The map.

Is there a contract?

No term. Yards go on a route and stay on it until you tell us to stop. You are billed per unit washed, weekly, and only for units that were in the yard.

More answers

Ready for a fleet that looks like the company you are?

Tell us what you run and where it parks. We will quote it, usually the same day, and the first wash can be on the schedule within the week.
